검출기 (Electroluminescence 측정장비)(ntis번호:NFEC-2015-03-200619) 와 결합하여 Graphene 또는 MoS2, WS2, WSe2 같은 2차원 반도체를 사용하여 제작한 나노소자에서 나오는 Electroluminescence(EL) 뿐 아니라 Raman / PL(photoluminescence)/photocurrent 같은 광학적 특성을 측정하기 위한 용도이다.
