닫기Elipsometer는 반도체, 유전체 막, 금속, 폴리머를 비롯한 여러 재료의 박막을 특성화하는 분석 장치이다. 비접촉식, 비파괴 광학 기술을 활용하여 시료와 상호 작용을 통한 반사광의 편광 변화를 측정하며, 이를 통해 재료의 특성을 분석한다.
